I was moving back into my Tingalpa home a few weeks ago, which had been a rental property for 12 months. 1 day before the final property inspection, the tenant advised that the Gas Hot Water Service did not seem to be working properly. What an understatement! Being a trades person, (not a plumber though), I inspected it & realised that the basic 15 year old unit had terminal failure.

I had a hectic schedule to move back into the property & resume running my 2 businesses in a very tight timeframe. After contacting a highly regarded Commercial Plumbing Supplier, they recommended a local Bayside plumber; “Darren Axtell”. Darren recommended & organised a new Hot Water Service at a very competitive price & considering the emergency and my pressing schedule, re-organised his schedule and installed it before lunch the following day.
