Plumbing is our business. Like many other people out there, you may not have confidence in the trades industry, due to appointments not being kept, exorbitant prices or tradespeople leaving a mess behind for you to clean up.

At DBA Plumbing & Gas offer our valued customers a level of service that is second to none. We offer a professional and positive experience to all our customers, whether you are a regular or a one off.

On Time Every Time

Depending on how you book your job (online, emergency, etc), you will be provided an exact time or a window of time in which the Plumbing Technician will arrive.

You will be advised in advance if the time needs to be changed to later in the day or to another day if the Plumbing Technician has been held up due to traffic; there have been unexpected delays on previous jobs or for staff not attending work that day.

We’ll Treat Your Home As if it Were Our Own

No Mess will be left behind for you to clean up. If you are not happy with the final result, please contact our admin staff to discuss.

We Can Provide Advice and Support

Our professional staff will provide you with advice and support over the phone to ensure that your money is not wasted. In some cases, the problem may not require a plumber or gas fitter and we will not waste your time or money by attending to a job we are not able to fix. In these instances we will run through your problem over the phone to ensure that we are able to help before we book the job.

Our Warranty

We provide a 12 month warranty on all work that we carry out. The exception to this is normal wear and tear of items such as washers inside of Plumbing Fixtures and blockages in pipes. Defects in new appliances which have been installed are covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
